Online Job Fair a successful event!

Today, Livemercial, our parent company participated in its first online job fair. We had our expectations, and were not certain what to expect or what the outcome was going to be.

We had 121+ candidates pre-register for the event. Of those candidates there were about 35+ that logged in and answered a set of pre-qualification questions before speaking with a recruiter. We end up with some really strong candidates to be considered for opportunities with Livemercial. How exciting!

I love recruiting events like these and it shows. I have 10 years of Staffing Industry experience and have done several job fair events in person and in many different venues. This was a first for me to participate in an online job fair. And let me say, it was really a lot of fun. I felt I got to speak to more candidates in depth on line versus speaking to them at a traditional job fair.
