Getting the job you want is probably easier than you think.  The secret?  Not much, really.

Perhaps one of the most important things you can do is be authentic.  Walk into an interview as yourself.  It’s far more impressive than putting on airs or trying to pass yourself off as someone you’re not.  Sooner or later the facade will drop.  You’re better off with a genuine outlook.
